I recently discovered this little gem of a bakery in my neighbourhood, and I can't express how delighted I am! From the moment I stepped inside, the warm aroma of freshly baked bread enveloped me. I tried the classic baguette, and it was superb! Crispy crust on the outside and soft, airy goodness inside. I also sampled their almond croissant, which was buttery and flaky, just the way I like it. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to answer my questions about their baked goods. My only small critique would be that the seating area is quite limited, so it might get crowded during weekends. However, I’ll definitely be returning for more treats and to try their pastries. Wow, what a fantastic find! I stumbled upon this bakery while wandering through a bustling part of town, and it has quickly become my go-to spot for all things delicious. I had the most divine pain au chocolat that was perfectly flaky and packed with rich chocolate. Not to mention, their artisan sourdough is simply out of this world—crusty on the outside, soft and flavourful on the inside! It's clear that they use high-quality ingredients. The staff were super friendly, offering samples and chatting about their baking process, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I did have to wait a bit during peak hours, but honestly, it was worth every minute. I also wish they had more seating options, as I love to enjoy my treats right there. Overall, this place is a must-visit for anyone who loves great bread and pastries. I can’t wait to return and try their seasonal specials!
